About This PropertyView floor Plans
Be the very first to step into this FURNISHED studio haven designed by French Artist and Designer Virginie Sommet and be amazed by the incredible proportions it offers: generous windows overlooking Fort Greene, Cuyler Gore Park and soaring 10’6 ceilings allowing an abundance of natural light to wash over a living space that acts as a calm radiant sanctuary. White oak floors ground you. The pulse of the city surrounds you.
The living space mixes modern sensibilities such as LED light, central air conditioning, video-intercom, integrated BOSE speakers in the ceiling and raw elements like exposed white brick wall.
The kitchen has been entirely custom-made and features custom white lacquer cabinetry with integrated Faber range hood, Silver mirror mosaic, Bertazzoni cooktop 4 burner, LG Fridge, and a Bosch dishwasher. Pure white Caesar stone counter complements the open kitchen.
The sleeping area consists of a Murphy bed concealed as a wardrobe.
The bathroom features frameless glass door, Toto toilet, floating vanity and LED recessed lighting.
Every window is a custom made 36”x89 inches casement window with glass double-pane H-K LoE2- 270 insulated Terma Plus, laminated to increase safety, reduce sound transmission and allow an abundance of natural light to wash over bedrooms and living spaces. They come with custom roller shades, black out in the bedrooms.
Finally, an elevator accessible from the sidewalk leads you to your apartment and is exclusive to the only two apartments on the first floor.
The apartment is located in an intimate and very exclusive three-story new construction building that counts only four properties and offers all the comfort one could ask for.
The building is located in the heart of Fort Greene, in front of Cuyler Gore Park, blocks from The Brooklyn Academy of Music (BAM), The Barclays Center, Whole Foods, The Apple Store, Target and Trader’s Joe. The area provides excellent transportation thanks to a subway station entrance located just at the feet of the building, Lafayette Avenue Station on the C line and the convenience of the Atlantic Avenue transit hub that can transport you to Manhattan within minutes, or out East to your summer weekend destination. Fort Greene is also home to some of Brooklyn’s finest schools, markets and cultural institutions.
